DESCRIPTION
1998
The Mitjavila house was based on the idea of creating a private garden in the interior of the lot, so we designed an L-shaped house. The living/dining space and the porch form a transition between the street-side face of the house and the interior patio. All of the rooms face onto the interior patio. The construction methods and materials used are traditional, their cost was economical, and allowed for a good quality-price relationship.
