2005
This is a property that connects two streets in the center of Terrassa, with minimal buildable depth and with only a ground floor and first floor permitted by height regulations. The project consisted of a pair of two-family houses, each facing one of the streets, and a small interior patio. We wanted to experiment with the facades by making them as transparent as possible without sacrificing privacy, so we designed the principal facade with a double skin, and with sliding shutters made of iroco wood.
The interior continues with a similar architectural language, but without this double filter.
