The Yago house is located in surroundings where there are impressive views of the Valles Occidental, with the Barcelona seacoast in the background. It was a project where we wanted to control and contain the economic costs by optimizing resources, without losing the ability to have a architectural space in harmony with its surroundings, and with a very well defined functional design.
The building uses simple, easy to find materials that were able to be used without highly specialized labor.
