The San Martín house is one of the best examples of quality, economical architecture that we have ever produced. The condition of the property was very good, in that it is a flat lot with good orientation and views to the south. We were able to design and build a one-story house with the desired well-developed functional plan. Its construction employed conventional methods.
Our design was for a one-story L-shaped plan, with the pool placed very close to the house. This created a very controlled space, leaving the rest of the property free and undeveloped.
