1984
The Guinart house was the first of the houses that we built in Matadepera. The architectural language we used at that time was surely far from what we would have desired, but it was consistent with what we were trying to achieve, which was an amply sized house with a very complete functional plan. We can say that with the passage of time, almost 30 years now, the building is still in perfect condition and its architectural appearance is still impeccably correct.
