The principal motivation for this project was to create a different corporate image from what had been typical up to that time for real estate offices. The project took place in a semi-underground floor. We overcame this handicap by modifying the existing facade, designing a new facade structure. This consisted of vertical glass divisions of approximately 1 m in width. These new openings were a clear vertical facing which emphasized the new entrance and provided a new clear view of the interior. It clearly established a real and very defined visual connection with the exterior. This change which we effected in the facade became a part of the existing architectural whole in a very natural way.
