The McLellan house is located in an exceptional spot, with magnificent views of the mountain of St. Llorenç del Munt to the north.
The design respects the necessary orientation toward the south, where there is a daytime leisure area and a swimming pool, in such as way that it creates a north-south axis. The northern end becomes a double space with a very tall glass window that looks out on a summer terrace.
There is an interplay of volumes between empty and solid spaces, with a severe geometry.
The simplicity of the construction meant a large economic savings, while maintaining a high architectural quality.
